My Will

Welcome to episode five of our Three Part Being series. We’re so happy to have you join us as we spend the next four weeks focusing on Spirit, Soul, and Body, the three parts that make up our entire being. If you missed the first few episodes don't worry, you can always go back and have a listen.

Last week's focus was on our thoughts. This week, we're meditating on the intersection of where thoughts become action, our will, which you may hear more commonly referred to as "our free will" or "freedom to choose."

Continuing on with being led of the spirit, what is life supposed to look like and feel like when our actions, the by-product of our choices, is inline with the Holy Spirit? My guess, probably pretty amazing. Let's find out together!

As you yield freely and fully to the dynamic life and power of the Holy Spirit, you will abandon the cravings of your self - life. For your self - life craves the things that offend the Holy Spirit and hinder him from living free within you! And the Holy Spirit’s intense cravings hinder your old self - life from dominating you! So then, the two incompatible and conflicting forces within you are your self - life of the flesh and the new creation life of the Spirit. - Galatians 5:16-17 (TPT)
